Fantasy stocks,
and the stock is
in the seat.

A Seat is a trading desk. It arrives holding tokenized stock in its own account, plus three tickets. Each session you name a ticker; entry costs one ticket.

The only thing you can lose is the ticket.

The desk is a preview — sample data until the contracts ship. Primary sale runs as an OpenSea drop, so there is no mint page here.

How a pit works

one pit per trading day
01

Name a ticker

One ticker slot per Seat. Pick from the allowlist and declare a direction — long or short. Rotation is free until the window locks, so changing your mind costs nothing.

Entry consumes one ticket. A Seat with no tickets is skipped, never failed.

02

The window locks

At the session open the pit snapshots every entrant’s ticker and its opening price. From that moment the entry belongs to the Seat, not to you.

Sell the Seat mid-session and the entry — and any prize — goes with it. That is intended.

03

Scored against its own habit

Your return is divided by that ticker’s normal volatility. Not which ticker moved most, but which moved furthest beyond what it usually does.

Without this, everyone piles into the highest-beta name and ticker choice stops being a decision.

04

Anyone can settle it

Settlement is permissionless — whoever cranks it takes 3% of the pot. The contract only accepts a price reading matching the scheduled close, so the caller cannot pick a favourable moment.

A pit that cannot be scored honestly voids instead of settling.

05

Prizes accrue to the Seat

87% of every pot goes to the ranks. Of what you win, 75% is withdrawable at any time and 25% stays locked in the Seat until it is burned.

The locked share is what stops every Seat changing hands stripped bare.

Push feeds update on a 0.5% move or once a day, so the close a contract reads is never quite the close. That lag is published here rather than left for whoever thinks to check.

On the backing stock

§2.2 · §14.6

Each Seat is seeded with tokenized equity, locked until the Seat is burned. The share count is fixed; its value tracks the market both ways.

That stock is custodial. The issuer’s registry can freeze an address, pause transfers across every stock token at once, or burn a balance — with no timelock. Which is why the allocation is capped at 30% of net mint proceeds: losing it must be embarrassing, not fatal.

Claimed: every Seat holds real tokenized stock, checkable by anyone on-chain.
Never claimed: a guaranteed floor, a price that cannot go to zero, assets nobody can touch, or trustless backing.
